Helping Young Minds Change Their Stories
Practical resources for building self-awareness, resilience, emotional well-being, and personal agency.
At Flip My Script, we believe that one of the most valuable lessons we can teach young people is that they have the power to influence the way they think, feel, and respond to the world around them.
Through engaging picture books, interactive workbooks, and thought-provoking activities, Flip My Script helps children and teens recognize negative thinking patterns, challenge limiting beliefs, develop emotional awareness, and discover new ways of looking at everyday situations.
Our resources encourage young people to understand that while they cannot always control what happens to them, they can learn to question their thoughts, manage their emotional responses, and make intentional choices about their actions.
Designed for use in classrooms, small groups, homeschool settings, and at home, Flip My Script provides practical tools that help young people build skills they can carry with them throughout their lives.
